Technology Solutions Manager - CRM and Marketing

About the role -

As a Technology Solutions Manager, you will own the end to end accountability for the product. You will define the product strategy and positioning. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to drive key aspects of product definition, design, execution, test and delivery. You must be responsive, flexible, persuasive and able to succeed in an open and collaborative peer environment.

In this role, you will be expected to interface with the business, architecture, engineering and security teams from the ideation through production phases. You will be responsible for defining use cases, working closely with UX and engineering to draft product requirements, conceptualizing product designs and deploying to marketplace. Demonstrated strong judgment, collaborative skills, long term technical vision and continuous focus on product, engineering and operational excellence are essential for the success in this role.

Responsibilities -

• Manage all phases of the product development lifecycle

• Coordinate product releases with business and development teams

• Identify and present innovative product solutions

• Explore new ways of improving existing services and products

• Educate development leads so that product requirements are clearly understood

• Utilize Agile methodologies to optimize product delivery

• Work with project management and productivity software

• Vendor management towards timely delivery and enhancement of products

• Creation of Departmental Policies and Procedures

• Continued refinement of Lifecycle and associated processes

• Provide product training, technical expertise and oversight of the product life cycle

• Any other tasks assigned as duties can change at any time as manager/company deem necessary

Requirements -

The successful applicant will have the following experience and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of relevant software development or product management experience

• Certification and experience in a proven product delivery methodology such as Agile and Scrum is preferred

• Good UX sensibilities and experience with building highly visual products or features

• Proven track record of driving products from concept, scoping, requirements through launch

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent collaboration skill with technical peers and non-technical cohorts

• Experience with rapid prototyping and evaluation of customer applications

• A track record of project delivery for large cross-functional projects

• Up to 10% travel per year

• Experience in retail banking or financial services industry is a plus
