Michael Coghlan

Mr. Coghlan is an experienced operational and technical leader with background across financial services and business & technology consulting. As CEO he is responsible for both the holding company and the technical strategy and development.

His previous roles include CIO and GM Strategy at Lloyds International, Managing Director and Global COO for Limehouse Consulting and in strategic planning with Accenture.

Crystal Lehman

Ms. Lehman is a technology professional with career success leading Information Technology innovation for high-growth organizations. She brings extensive experience in architecting application solutions, facilitating software development and driving project management teams.

Her previous roles include Principal Consultant with Elle Technology and Executive Director of Software Security with International Cruise & Excursions.


CFO (interim)

Rob Milrod

Mr. Milrod is a senior finance leader with over 25 years of experience. He is a Director with CFO Consulting Partners LLC, primarily supporting the firm’s Banking and Financial Institutions practice, providing senior-level financial management services.

His previous roles include CFO at Citi Shared Services, as well as Group Head for Citi Planning & Analysis, Corporate Ops & Technology.



Nils Krumins

An accomplished Human Capital, Operations & Services leader, Mr. Krumins has over 20 years experience developing and transforming HR and Operations organizations. Leveraging labor relations and law degrees from Cornell and Loyola, he is creating his third HR organization from the ground up for Verdigris, following successful buildouts for US Soccer and Frontpoint. 

Prior FinTech and Payments industry experience includes executive and leadership roles with FICO, BillingTree and Bloomberg.

Kate Griffin

Ms. Griffin is an accomplished leader for financial inclusion dedicating her career to helping all households have a shot at achieving their dreams. Through her work she has focused on improving financial products and services for low-income people, and taking them to scale via public and private markets.

Most recently she served as Vice President of Programs for Prosperity Now, providing strategic oversight for the organization’s asset building and financial capability programmatic agendas, including savings, homeownership and entrepreneurship. She also served as Director at the Grameen Foundation focusing on expanding savings and livelihood services to the very poorest households around the world.


Head of Strategy

Josh Brown

Mr. Brown brings corporate and military command level experience and strategic insight with expertise in stress test and capital plan development. Prior to Verdigris he served as Vice President at CIT Group building the firm's Central CCAR Office and also managed enhancements to the bank's risk management, liquidity and data management practices.

Prior to CIT he served in multiple leadership positions as an Aviation Officer for the US Army including Commander of a helicopter company and as an operations and logistics officer—managing the operations, logistics and development of forty people and eight aircraft.



Stephen Murray

An experienced finance professional, Mr. Murray has nearly 20 years of experience as a banker, investor, manager and operator in the United States and Emerging & Frontier Markets. His experience includes more than a decade of overseeing investments, financial management and the execution of strategic plans.

Prior positions include Managing Director of Africa & Middle East for Aldwych, LLC, and Chief Investment Officer with Pan African Capital Group.

Chairman & Founder

Sam Rosenfeld

Mr. Rosenfeld is an experienced entrepreneur and growth-focused leader. He also serves as Chairman of the Densus Group, an international risk management firm. Previously, Mr. Rosenfeld served as a Partner at Gabriel Partners AML/RightSource, the leading US anti-money laundering consulting practice to financial institutions (sold to Clarion Capital Advisors in 2017).

He holds an Australian Financial Services License, served as an infantry officer in the British Army, and is an entrepreneur in residence at Wharton Business School. 



Lisa Narrell Mead

Ms. Narrell Mead is the CEO of Everett Advisory Partners, a banking and financial services firm focused on guiding regional banks through today’s dynamic banking marketplace. Her comprehensive legal, banking and industry acumen brings deep insight into the financial services process and market dynamics.

Ms. Narrell Mead also serves as a board member to Argent Trust and to International Bank.



Robert Morris

Mr. Morris is an experienced financial officer bringing more than four decades of experience in regulation compliance, reporting and accounting.

He served as Chief Accounting Officer with Key Bank, Director of Financial Compliance at United Technologies and as a Senior Accountant at EY.



Zach Mortensen

Mr. Mortensen is President of ZM Advisors, a firm that helps healthcare technology executives and investors create new products, new business models and new markets.

He has previously served as Executive Director of Portfolio Management at Hill-Rom, Vice President of Solutions Management at M*Modal and as a Group Product Manager at Microsoft.



Robert Goldstein

Mr. Goldstein has been in the banking industry for his entire business career with experience in commercial banks, savings and loan associations and other financial institutions. He has been CEO of numerous banks and thrifts and a director as both a management member as well as serving as an independent director.

He is the founder of CapGen Financial and the Founder and Lead Director for River Road Financial, Inc. (BHC).



Marianna Camino

Ms. Camino is a consultant for the World Bank with a lifetime focus on operations policy, country services development and financial competitiveness for emerging economies.

She currently focuses on Latin America.Her previous roles include corporate experience for Inbursa Bank of Mexico and the IXE Financial Group.



Priya Vora

Ms. Vora is the CEO and Founder of Future State, a Rockefeller Foundation supported consultancy helping nations accelerate progress towards inclusive digital economies. Her expertise in digital strategies and services is aimed to help the world’s poor gain access to new services and information that can improve their lives.

She previously served as the director of digital solutions for USAID.



Blondel Pinnock

Ms. Pinnock is the President of BP Capital Strategies, a firm focused on social impact investing and change management for community development financial institutions, not for profits and businesses. Her expertise helps firms engage in progressive development of public/private partnerships and community engagement with real impact.

She previously served as the Chief Lending Officer and SVP for Carver Federal Savings and the President of the Carver Community Development Corporation.
